1. Data Protection
Data protection and customer confidentiality is important to us at JMHydroponics.com. To ensure our customers are protected all orders placed through JM Hydroponics is strictly confidential. Any sensitive information including contact details, delivery addresses, bank account details, credit card details will not be passed on to third parties or companies.
2. Cookies
JMHydroponics.com uses cookies to improve our website if you wish to not accect these coookies please refrain from using our site.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full immediately at check out and orders will not be processed until so. In the case we are unable to provide goods due to shortage of stock we will place the order on backorder and send out multiple parcels at no extra cost.
4. Refund Policy
In the case you wish to return any products, JMHydroponics.com are willing to accept and offer a full refund on goods that are unopened, in original packaging, undamaged, faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to within 14 days of receiving goods. All goods will then be carefully inspected by our staff. Failing to contact JMHydroponics.com in the time period stated will result in the customer losing their right to a refund. Delivery charges are not refundable.
5. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all our goods to our customers within 5 working days but in some cases due to severe weather conditions it may take alittle longer. In the event we have a shortage of supply we will send out multiple parcels on back order at no extra cost to the buyer. JMHydroponics.com will inform the consumer in this circumstance and it is up to the buyer to reply if they require a refund. Once all parcels are placed into our couriers care all responsibility will be passed over to the buyer. In the event JMHydroponics.com are unable to provide goods due to shortage we will refund the customer in full. However we won’t be held responsible for any losses in monies or physical damages due to the delay of delivery.
6. Return Policy
Customers wishing to return unwanted goods or faulty products must complete a return form in full and send it back to JMHydroponics.com along with any goods within 14 days. Please note JMHydroponics.com is not responsible for the cost of returning Items. It is advised that customers returning items send parcels with some form of tracking or recorded. If goods have been found to be in working order after testing, JMHydroponics.com will charge customers 10% of the price of the goods plus re-delivery charges.

Seals broken on bottles

Used

Damaged

Not in original packaging
7. Cancelling Order
Customers wishing to cancel their order must contact JMHydroponics.com within 7 days from when the order was place. After the order has been cancelled you will receive a full refund within 30 days.
8. Customer Rights
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
