Returning goods back to JMHydroponics is a quick and easy 3-step process.

 

Simply follow below to make your return:

 

1. Place goods into original packaging.

2. Download form and fill out full. You will have to include the form when you return goods back to us.

3. Send goods back to JMHydroponics (tracking or recorded is advised for proof and making lost items easy to track).

 

Once this process has been completed JMHydroponics will make a decision once goods have been inspected and everything complies to our Terms & Conditions.

 

Please NOTE items will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their cost plus a 10% admin fee if terms and conditions are not met. Please read our Terms & Conditions to avoid any issues.

 

Customers wishing to return unwanted goods or faulty products must cumplete a return form in full which must be sent back to JMHydroponics along with any goods within 14 days. Please NOTE JM Hydroponics is not responsible for the cost of returning items. Items will only be accepted if:

 

• Does not match the description

• Is not of satisfactory quality

• Not fit for purpose

• Damaged
