At JM Hydroponics we want our customers to receive their goods as soon as possible.

That's why we count with the services of one of the best delivery companies in the UK which provides the kind of delivery service we would like to have for ourselves and for our customers.

 

Here is some questions you might have about our Delivery Services.

 

Where do JMHydroponics.com post to?

We post solely within the UK mainland, customers wishing to purchase goods from the isle of Mann and the isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight will have a £5 surcharge to all addresses on it.

 

When will I receive my goods?

We aim to aim to deliver all goods to our customers within 5 days, but in certain cases it may take longer. If this is the case, our customer would be informed and updated by e-mail.

 

What will happen if there is no stock available?

In the scenario where there is a shortage of stock we will deliver goods on back order free of charge.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £5.79 on orders up to 30kg within UK mainland (£5.00 surcharge for customers outside the mainland)

Delivery is £11.58 on orders up to 60kg within UK mainland (£5.00 surcharge for customers outside the mainland)

Delivery is £17.37 on orders up to 90kg within UK mainland (£5.00 surcharge for customers outside the mainland)

Delivery is £23.16 on orders up to 120kg within UK mainland (£5.00 surcharge for customers outside the mainland)

 

I missed my delivery, what should I do?

In the event you are unable to accept your parcel at the time of delivery, a slip will be left by the courier to say you have miss your delivery. Delivery can be re-arranged or it can be collected from the nearest collecting office.

 

The items I ordered are not correct

If the wrong items have been sent out JMHydroponics.com will send out the right items once the wrong item(s) have been returned. As we are at fault we will pay for all the deliveries of all goods.

 

My items are damaged

If items have been damaged by the courier whilst in transit you as the customer are able to claim compensation through the courier company.
